Doing the Dirty Work

The Ides of March have finally arrived and the conspirators and I are getting ready to follow through with our plan.  Popillus comes up to me and wishes me luck in my endeavor and this makes me feel nervous.  I think that he knows about our plot against Caesar, but when I tell Brutus he says no Popillus does not know about it.  Brutus points out that Popillus is talking to Caesar and they are both smiling.  This makes me feel less nervous and now Trebonius is distracting Antony like he should be.  I fall to my knees and beg Caesar to allow Publius Cimber back into Rome as do most of the conspirators but Caesar denies the request and Casca is the first to stab Caesar. Brutus and I are the last to stab him and Caesar can not beleive that Brutus was part of the killing.
